Another day of intense heat was affecting the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) with a heat index reaching 34 degrees, prompting authorities to recommend that the population take extreme precautions. The sky was partly cloudy in the Federal Capital and its surroundings, with 56% humidity and a southeast wind blowing at 10 kilometers per hour. Following the rains that developed during the night of Monday, high temperatures persisted in the area, which is why specialists advised residents to hydrate with plenty of water and avoid sun exposure between 10 AM and 4 PM. For Wednesday, partly cloudy skies and southeast winds turning northeast are expected, with a minimum temperature of 24 degrees and a maximum of 31. On Thursday, partly cloudy skies are forecast, with southeast winds rotating to the east, and temperatures ranging from 23 to 32 degrees, making it the most "pleasant" day of the week. For Friday, partly cloudy skies and east winds are announced, with a minimum temperature of 23 degrees and a maximum of 31. Meanwhile, for Saturday, mostly cloudy skies and northwest winds turning east are expected, with temperatures ranging from 24 to 31 degrees. For Sunday, mostly cloudy skies are expected with northeast winds turning east, a minimum temperature of 22 degrees and a maximum of 29.

Heatstroke

At least 49 people required assistance for symptoms compatible with heatstroke, according to sources from the SAME (Emergency Medical System) to the Argentine News Agency. This involves 27 women, 20 men, and two other unidentified patients, while five of them were transferred to city hospitals.
